Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Paradise Allure and the Droplets of Paradise collection. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Domestic shipping — Canada
We offer flat rate shipping of $9.99 CAD on all orders within Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Estimated delivery is 1 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.

USA shipping
Orders to the United States are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Estimated delivery is 4 to 8 business days after your order has been processed.

International shipping
We ship worldwide to all supported countries. International orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet International. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight. Estimated delivery is 6 to 14 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Paradise Allure is based in Canada. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking your order
All orders are shipped with tracking included. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order directly through the Canada Post website.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears lost, contact us at connect@paradiseallure.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Packaging
Every Paradise Allure tote is carefully packed in a poly mailer to keep it protected during transit. We keep our packaging minimal and lightweight intentionally, both to reduce waste and to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.
